Aspen contains the functionality for a user to be able to send secure notes.
When the Session variable "EmailSecurity" is set to ON, an extra option is available in the note insert and note update pages which allows the user to indicate they want to send the note securely.
When this option is selected the recipient will receive an email telling them they have a email available within Aspen. This email contains a link which when followed with take the user to a secure page within Aspen where they can view and delete all they secure notes.
To setup the license agreement per system, all that is required is that a file called "License.html" be placed in the /custom/ folder within the website, This file contains the license agreement.
When this file exists, each user logging into the system will be shown and asked once to accept the license agreement, they will not be allowed to login unless they accept it.
This is similiar to the license agreement setup in that it requires a file called "disclaimer.txt" in the custom directory.
When this file exists the disclaimer is added to all note/reminders sent from Aspen.
