The Person table contains a list of all of the authorized users of Aspen Workflow.  An authorized user may be an employee of a Client or Vendor of an Aspen Workflow installation.  They are assigned responsibility for completing processes and tasks.

1. They must be authorized to access the web site.  See Admin - Security for more information on configuring Microsoft Internet Information Server.
2. They must be authorized to access the database.  See Admin - Security for more information on configuring Microsoft SQL Server.
3. They must have a corresponding row in the Person table.
