Background

The management component enables managers to view work to be done by people, teams, tasks, procedures, documents or clients.  Everyone has access to view their own workload, but only managers may view others, or other areas

The management component offers different views of the same data.  For instance, you can view all of the tasks assigned to a person, or all of the people assigned to a task. 

 

Teams

  • What people are assigned, and how many tasks do they have assigned?
  • What tasks are assigned, and how many?
  • How many procedures belong to a team?

 

People

  • What tasks has a person been assigned to?
  • What documents has a person generated?
  • What notes has a person added?
  • How many processes belong to a person?

 

Clients

  • How many open procedures does a client have?

Vendors

  • How many open procedures does a vendor have?
  • What tasks are coming due for a vendor?

  • How many open procedures are there?
  • For a procedure, how many belong to each person?
  • For a procedure, how many belong to each client?
