Help - Manage - People |
People management provides managers with the ability to assess the workload and performance of users. The default view is a list of tasks coming due.
This provides a list of tasks assigned to a person. Each task will be listed just once, with the number of instances of due, completed, and not set tasks listed to the right of the task. For example, you might see:
Task Due Complete Not Set Total All Travel to Alderan 0 1 0 1 Battle Storm Troopers 15 60 150 225 Save Princess Leia 0 0 1 1 Total: 15 61 151 227 Search criteria:
- Date Range: all management screens allow you to specify a date range, limiting your view of work to work schedule during the date range you specify. For example, the date range 10/22/99 - 10/29/99 would look at work scheduled (or performed) between 10/22/99 and 10/29/99, excluding work scheduled before or after these dates.
- Tasks Due: checking the due box includes all tasks that are scheduled during the date range, but have not been completed.
Due: tasks
When viewing most screens, the options below are presented:
- Start & Stop Date: specify the date range you wish to view
- Completed: include tasks that have been actually completed.
- Not Set: include tasks that have no completion date whatsoever.
- On Hold: include tasks from procedures that are on hold
- Closed: include tasks from procedures that have already been closed
Most screens also have the following shortcut buttons for typical views:
: sets the start date to 1/1/90, stop date to today.
: sets the start date to today, stop date to today
: For a "to do" view, sets the start date to today, stop date to next week. For a "work done" view, sets the start date to last week, stop date to today.
: For a "to do" view, sets the start date to today, stop date to next month. For a "work done" view, sets the start date to last month, stop date to today
