Process management provides managers with the ability to assess the workload different processes handled by your organization. The default view is a summary of processes and the person to whom they are assigned.
The Manage Processes menu includes the following options:
- By Team: view processes by team (determined by Process Opened - Team dropdown)
- By Person: view processes by person (determined by Process Opened - Person dropdown)
- By Client: view processes by client (determined by Process Opened - Client dropdown)
- By Vendor: view processes by vendor (determined by Process Opened - Vendor dropdown)
- Help: view this page
- Exit: return to the Process Search page.
Display options for each page include:
- Begin date: specifies the earliest process opened date you wish to view
- End date: specifies the latest process opened date you wish to view
: All processes - sets the Begin Date to 1/1/90, and the End Date to today.
: Today - set the Begin Date to today, and the End Date to today.
: This week - set the Begin Date to today - 7 days, and the End Date to today.
: This month - set the Begin Date to today - 31 days, and the End Date to today.
- Display Size: determines the maximum number of rows displayed before paging.
- Processes On Hold: determines inclusion of processes that are on hold.
- Processes Closed: determines inclusion of processes that are closed.
All processes counted were opened in the specified date range (total column). Of all of the processes opened in the specified date range, some may still be open, some may be on hold, and others may be closed. The totals are represented as follows:

- Open: processes opened in the specified date range that remain open.
- On Hold: processes opened in the specified date range that are currently on hold.
- Closed: processes opened in the specified date range that are currently closed.
- Total: all processes opened in the specified date range.
