User management provides managers with the ability to assess the workload and performance of users. The default view is a list of tasks coming due.
The following menu options are available:
- Tasks - To Do: tasks the user has coming due
- Tasks - Worked On: tasks the user has updated, regardless of the scheduled completion of the task
- Notes - Worked On: notes the user has created
- Documents - Worked On: documents the user has generated
- Procedures - Assigned: procedures which have been assigned to the user
- Summary: a summary of the work the user has accomplished
When viewing most screens, the options below are presented:
- Start & Stop Date: specify the date range you wish to view
- Completed: include tasks that have been actually completed.
- Not Set: include tasks that have no completion date whatsoever.
- On Hold: include tasks from procedures that are on hold
- Closed: include tasks from procedures that have already been closed
Most screens also have the following shortcut buttons for typical views:
: sets the start date to 1/1/90, stop date to today.
: sets the start date to today, stop date to today
: For a "to do" view, sets the start date to today, stop date to next week. For a "work done" view, sets the start date to last week, stop date to today.
