Background

There are some tasks which are used far more frequently than others (such as Open File or Basic Information).  As a result, you administrator may choose to make these tasks available in the File Menu drop-down list.   Occasionally, if multiple instances of such tasks occur in the file, you may see more than on occurrence of a task in this menu.  For example, if a file enters foreclosure, proceeds to bankruptcy, and then restarts foreclosure, you may see two instances of "Foreclosure File Open" occur in the file menu.
