Background

In order to access the Workflow system, you must be supplied with a user name and password.  This is typically done through your system administrator (common known as "the computer person").  If you have never had a user name and password set up for you, contact your administrator now.

Incorrect User Names or Passwords

If you enter an incorrect user name or password, you will be returned to the login screen, and the following error message will be displayed:

"Login failed: Unknown email address or incorrect password, please try again."

Simply re-enter your correct user name and password.  If this problem happens repeatedly, contact your system administrator.

Personnal Identity Number.

Aspen Workflow contains the ability to enable a system to require a PIN number when logging in. If your system does not have this functionality ignore this paragraph.

If you enter a incorrect PIN you will be presented with following error message.

"Login failed: "#the person#" does not have an entry in the Person table or your PIN is incorrect."

Simply re-enter your correct user name and password, and PIN  If this problem happens repeatedly, contact your system administrator.
