This is the main working screen for a matter process. It will list all tasks associated with a process, and process-specific notes. Next to each task will be the date the task is due, and the team and person to whom the task is assigned.
Each task can have six dates associated with it, as follows:
Date Sample Date Sample Estimated Start 11/01/99 Estimated Stop 11/15/99 Estimated dates are calculated by the computer, and determined in Admin - Tasks, and in Admin - Processes. A projected date reflects the date the computer believes the task should be completed by.
Projected Start 12/01/99 Projected Stop 12/12/99 Projected dates are entered by people, and override estimated dates. A projected date reflects the date a person believes the task will be completed.
Actual Start 01/01/00 Actual Stop 01/10/00 Actual dates are entered by people, and override both projected and estimated dates. Actual dates reflect the date the task was actually completed.
